Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, notify us in writing at HERE before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The cost of return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed. We will issue a full refund — including the original delivery cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Returns

Beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items are excluded from this extended return window but remain subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

How To Return

  2. Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

  4. Use a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. Contact us at HERE within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs in these cases and will offer a replacement or full refund at your choice.

Warranty

All products carry a statutory 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, as required by EU consumer law. If a defect becomes apparent within this period, you may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. We will respond to all warranty claims within 14 days of receipt.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, contact us at HERE with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and work toward a resolution. If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant consumer authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
