Shipping Costs

All orders over €60 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed before payment — you will never be charged more than what is shown.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched:

• Netherlands / Belgium / Luxembourg: 1–3 business days
• Germany / Austria / Switzerland: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not legally binding. Ultras Clothing is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate.

Order Processing

Orders placed on business days before HERE are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery progress and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Ultras Clothing is not liable for parcels that are returned due to failed delivery attempts.
